The Rector's Office at Aalborg University (AAU) will have a new manager as Deputy Director Katrine Vasegaard has gotten a new job as Head of Administration at the Royal Academy of Music.
"I would like to thank Katrine for her great work in the Rector's Office. She has served with great skill and in an inclusive and collaborative manner, just the right combination in the position," says University Director Søren Lind Christiansen.
"I have been incredibly happy with my time at AAU, and it is very sad to have to say goodbye to such interesting tasks and, not least, great and talented colleagues. I am proud of the results we have achieved in the Rector's Office, including the closer relationships and cohesion with the rest of the organization and the partnerships internally in the department," says Katrine Vasegaard whose new job is headquartered in Aarhus where she lives.
The University Director has appointed Martin Vive Ivø, AAU's Campus Director in Copenhagen to the position of Deputy Director of the Rector's Office starting 1 January.
Katrine Vasegaard's last day of work at AAU is 20 December, and you are welcome to stop by Fredrik Bajers Vej 7K to say an informal goodbye during the morning.
The position is expected to be advertised during the autumn.
